Jim Cochrane provided three excellent films to put everyone in the mood for the opening meeting of the DMR Machinery Club.

Saturday 8th March

Blair Castle
The inaugural meeting of the DMR Machinery club was held at Blair Castle, Blair Atholl, Perthshire.
The club was officially launched by “chairman” George Farron ,in full Atholl Highlanders regalia – cutting the tape which was strategically placed between a David Brown and an International tractor, against the backdrop of Blair Castle – quite an occasion.
30 tractors were on display to visitors and members of the club in the morning and during a dry break, in the otherwise wet day, many members took part in a road run around the estate – the views were incredible – all tractors completed the run, even the two that took a detour!
Thanks must go to George and Meredith Farron for arranging the venue and to all those involved in the organisation.

Saturday 12th April

The DMR Tractor & Machinery Club Meeting will be held at The Lomonds Hotel, Freuchie at 8.00pm. It is important that as many people to attend as is possible.
